"I have been seeing Alex for about 14 months now. I was first referred to him by my chiropractor to help improve my running. During our initial appointment Alex did an assessment to test my muscles, I liked that he explained his findings as he went to help me better understand what was going on. He was also the only one (after seeing many different practitioners) to mention my breathing patterns was off.. Working with him has improved my runs and I am now pain free and faster! Highly recommend!"
Significantly Decreased Acid Reflux
"I can’t begin to express how pleased I am with the progress I’ve made since beginning sessions with Dr. Bailey a little over a month ago. I came to him for visceral release therapy as I had been struggling with acid reflux. Unbeknownst to me at the time, he was/is also an amazingly good massage therapist, personal trainer, and wealth of knowledge about the mechanics of the body. In less than 2 months he significantly helped me heal several nagging health issues I’d been experiencing such as restrictions leading to a stagnant liver, TMJ syndrome, poor posture, knee pain, and loss of mobility in my ankles from past basketball injuries. He literally has something in his bodywork toolkit for everything under the sun. Since seeing him the acid reflux has reduced by about 80 percent, I used to have an astigmatism in my right eye that mysteriously vanished after 2 sessions of work on my liver, my posture is so much better due to the corrective exercises he gives me to do in his office and at home, and I can open and close my jaw without it basically popping out of joint. It’s such a relief to have found a therapist that is incredibly knowledgeable about the body and who really knows what he’s doing. I’m also a bodyworker and can attest to the fact that Dr. Bailey is truly one of a kind and a one stop shop for physical therapy, massage therapy, and personal training."
